The Three Ways We Capture Live, In Person...

We require a table, chair, power and an HDMI connection to project the iPad direct to screen/ projector.

Analog Visual Storytelling
Created on large artboards.
The difference is:
Audience can see the artist working live
Interactive and engaging to see. Bit more entertaining
Delegates love to take photos of boards and share on social media

Setup Required:
We need a small space to side of stage and two chairs to set up our easels and pens in sight of the screen

Analog Visual Storytelling
Created on whiteboards
The difference is:
Audience can see the artist working live
Drawing in B+W live and digitally coloured post
Whiteboards can be displayed in break/ exhibition space
Output you receive:
Digital images in .PDF & .JPG in B+W
and coloured digital images
Setup Required:
We require 4-5 large whiteboards set up to the side of the stage or back of main plenary.

Scientific/ Research Pitch Posters
Do you have speakers sharing their research or new ideas at your conference? Send us their pitch videos or content and we can illustrate these ahead of the conference to be displayed and given to them as a very special and personal gift at the conference.

Questions/ Engagement Mural
A great way you can survey your delegates and create a conversation starter at your events is with one of our Big Question Engagement Murals. This is where we put a big question in middle of the mural and ask your delegates to contribute their answers during the conference breaks. When we get their answers we draw them live bringing them to life for all to see!
Keynotes and Workshops
Did you know we also deliver trainings and high energy, lots-of-laugh keynotes and workshops. We get everybody drawing and laughing and becoming more creative as they act like children and return to their creative spirit! A great way to close out a day of heavy content at your workshop or offsite!

Virtual Art Activation Mural
Our large scale art activations and murals aren't just available for in person events and conferences. During COVID we delivered many live art activations and engagement murals online. This one here was for a global medical company. After the conference the artwork was placed in their head office for all to enjoy and remember the incredible event.
Event Journey Videos
We have extended our services beyond just the illustrated and animated visual stories. In some ways it was always there as we shot our event engagements etc. But now we offer video production and have a great interest and skill in capturing events and workshops. Great to package this with live visual stroytelling.
Illustration Extraction From The Event Visual Stories
A big name for a simple service. If you love the icons we have drawn or the specific items in our scribes or visual stories for a small additional fee we can separate out these elements for you. Meaning you can use them for other documents and event correspondence.
Event Summary Posters
Getting 15-20 visual stories of each of the speakers from an event can be great. A one-pager on each topic and each speaker gets their own board. But a powerful and useful gift for your participants can be the creation of a event summary one pager that captures all the key messages and key points from each of the speakers in the one poster! A great one for sponsors to brand and send out too!
Vivid Vision Posters
In some workshops and leadership sessions the discussion is leading to a specific objective or output or vision! What we can do as part of a visual storytelling engagement is capture the visual notes of the conversation on the day AND create a one page vivid vision that summarise the key phrases and outcomes of the day. Think a team charter, team values, vivid vision or manifesto. This become s a critical artefact for the team moving forward!

Get us to come into your boardroom or office reception and draw a summary of the key messages on your office whiteboard! Then you are sure that the office will always have these key messages top-of-mind during their most important discussions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time required to do live Visual Storytelling at my conference?
If we aren't booked we can be available tomorrow! But our best output can be created when we have at least a week to prep and get all the materials etc. If you are adding additional things like murals etc this will add to the lead time required.
What do you need to get started?
Though we have had events where we have been told nothing and just turned up and got to work. For us to create the best quality output it is better if we have a meeting with your prior to your event. Have a detailed agenda with speaker and presentation names. Your brand guidelines and logos. And if possible an acronym or lingo list to help us understand and decipher your specific organisational lingo! Then there is the stuff we require in the room when we arrive but that can all be worked out on our briefing call prior.
Where are you based?
Though we are based out of Sydney. We do have team in most cities in Australia. But we are also willing and do travel nationally and internationally for gigs.
Can you create a bespoke package for our event that includes some of the additions above?
